Mackenzie Hughes began in 1994 as a family-owned building company specialising in conversions, extensions and restoration work on many of Edinburgh’s fine period homes. As time moved on our clients turned to us more and more for advice on other interior matters such as colour, materials and lighting. So now, in addition to our core services, we offer interior design to help you get the right finished look plus advice on modern technology to ensure your home is well equipped for 21st Century living.
