We are what is known as a full-services builder. What this means is that we are able to provide pretty much any of the building services you might need.

This can range from the builder trades skills needed to actually build something, to the management skills needed to monitor a project to make sure it is on-time and on-budget.

Our process may differ depending on a client's exact requirements but usually we will go through the following steps.

• Meetings with client to understand the requirements, then follow-ups with architects, structural engineers where necessary, to ensure necessary design and building warrant drawings are in place if required
• Costing of the job based on materials, labour and contingencies, and calculation of estimate/fixed price
• Production of a detailed Description of Work - potential hidden costs are discovered here
• Production of project plan

This approach has served our customers well over the years. It means that all aspects of the project are understood properly. This leads to on-time building projects and projects that are on-budget - in fact we have even had projects come in under budget.
