edinburgh photomackenzie hughes was established in Edinburgh in 1994, with the aim of creating a building company that would provide quality workmanship and personable customer care.

Managed by director Rory Forteath, we have built a client list of over 1500 people and companies, almost entirely by word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers.

We believe our success comes from :

Many of our tradespeople have been with the company since its inception. Their experience and commitment to our approach produces the quality of work that we envisaged when the company was created.

The company operates from offices in the centre of Old Town Edinburgh. From this base it offers easy access for our customers.
